Consultancy Division
Our consultants are
specialists within business development, information management,
communications and sensor systems, and technical systems development. To a
large extent, our work lies at the cutting-edge of business development
and technology. Traditionally, our customers have come from within defence,
although new opportunities for partnerships are currently opening up within
public security and within industry. Generic has successively established
itself as a provider of development consultants for industry.
The conscious effort we
have undertaken to make our expertise known internationally has resulted in
Generic's landing a number of projects either directly or via existing
customers. This has often happened as part of the ongoing establishment of
"European Defence". One example of this is development work on the
architecture framework created for the Ministry of Defence in England, which
will be used by the entire NATO organisation, as well as by the EU. Another
example is a project concerning a command and control system for the United
Arab Emirates Air Force.
Telecom Division
We provide a complete
range of critical messaging services based on e-mail, SMS, fixed network SMS,
Minicall™, fax and more. Generic is able to provide these services thanks to a
stable infrastructure that includes a nation-wide radio communications network
for Minicall™, coupled with various support systems and applications. Today, we
supply messaging solutions to a large number of customers – from large
hospitals to nuclear power stations and emergency service providers with strict
requirements concerning reliability.
As a small and flexible
operator with a complete infrastructure, we are able to further develop and
supplement our range of services and to quickly adapt solutions for critical
message management.
