Copies of messages in multiple channels
Receive your Minicall messages as SMS, dialed alerts and emails. You get enhanced availability if a recipient is out of service or if you are abroad. You can also centralize all your Minicall alerts by receiving a copy by email.
People other than those directly involved in the organization can access Minicall alerts such as SMS and email to stay informed about what is happening.
Send messages with our web tool
Your Minicall subscription gives you access to our web tool, which is used to send SMS, fixed rate SMS and minicall messages directly from the web. Many different functions are available in the tool, for example, creating address lists and mailings from Excel, creating groups and templates, scheduling mailings. The fixed fees for the tool are included, you are only charged for the messages you send.
Personalized greeting message
Make your recipient a little more personal by speaking a personalized greeting message, or maybe you need an English automatic voice response? To use the service, you need a four-digit access code, which you can get from the Customer Center.
How to change or add a personalized greeting message:
Call 0749-81 00 00. Enter your minicall number and end with #, enter your access code and end with #. Then follow the instructions.
