"SwipeCare empowers patients with automated communication"

Strikersoft is an innovative IT and medtech company that has developed SwipeCare, a system used to manage and coordinate patients' care processes, from diagnosis and treatment to aftercare and follow-up.

SwipeCare enables healthcare providers to digitize and automate their processes. It reduces administration, supports healthcare professionals and empowers patients to participate in their own care processes. SwipeCare is used by all the major private healthcare providers in Sweden.

We had a chat with Sara Bern, Product Owner SwipeCare at Strikersoft.

Sara, what do you use Generic's services for?

- Generic's services are used, among other things, to invite patients to healthcare appointments, invite them to book appointments themselves, remind them of appointments, send questionnaires and follow-up surveys, and inform them that there is information available in the patient portal.

 


What specific problems have we solved for you?

- We have securely automated communication flows by allowing the system to send out invitations, reminders and more automatically.

- We are very pleased with Generic's SMS service, which is currently used by all our customers in the SwipeCare patient portal.

Do you have a concrete example?

- For Aleris Sömnapné, for example, the SwipeCare solution is central and has greatly contributed to cutting the queue of 8,000 patients with up to 1.5 years of waiting time, which they were able to take over within a year. Without Generic it would not have been possible!

Finally Sara, what is the best thing about Generic?

- We are very happy with Generic as a supplier! You are fast, responsive and reliable. Did I mention nice too?
