Héléne Henriksson, President and CEO

Born 1964.CEO of Generic Sweden AB and the wholly owned subsidiary Generic Mobile Systems Sweden AB since May 2025. Helene Henriksson is a Systems Scientist and has an Executive MBA with about 30 years in the telecom industry, preferably from Ericsson and most recently as Managing Director of Sinch Operator Software & Services.

 

Jenny Björk, Chief Financial Officer

Born in 1979. CFO since January 2026. Jenny Björk studied international economics at Linköping University and has worked as CFO in listed companies since 2013, the last five years of which have been in a SaaS company. Prior to that, Jenny worked for eight years as a certified public accountant at Deloitte. 

 

 

Magnus Rasmusson, CPO

Born 1976, CPO since October 2025. Magnus Rasmusson is a university engineer and has about 25 years of experience from the telecom industry and a long past in Generic, including as CTO and in commercial roles.

 

 

Madelene Persson, CMO

Born in 1983. CMO since 2019. Madelene Persson is a behavioral scientist with about 15 years of experience from various roles in the telecom industry, including as a customer service manager at Generic.

 

 

Daniel Shnira, CCO

Born in 1988. CCO since November 2024. Daniel Shnira holds an MSc in Economics from Stockholm University and has 15 years of experience from the telecom industry, with leading positions at Tele2 and Telia, as well as CPO at LINK Mobility.

 

 

Fredrik Parkell, CTO

Born in 1984. CTO since October 2025. Fredrik Parkell holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Lund University and has 15 years of experience from the telecom industry in software development, leadership and IT security.
