Send, receive and read faxes securely online
The need for faxes remains high for many organizations, but the copper network is being phased out and IP telephony is not a good solution. The Docs service digitizes faxes in a simple and secure way. Log in, select recipients from a contact list and attach the file to be faxed.
Notification by SMS or email
When you receive a fax in Docs, you will receive a notification by email or SMS and log in to read or download. No files are sent to you by email.
High security
The security of Generics digital fax services is very high. Sent faxes are only stored temporarily during delivery, no third party is involved and all data is handled in our data centers in Sweden. The information is encrypted and received faxes in Docs are automatically deleted after 50 days. Generic is subject to the Electronic Communications Act (LEK) which includes GDPR and also has personal data responsibility.
