Erik Ivarsson, Born in 1992. Chairman of the Board since May 2025, before that a member of the Board since May 2022. Employed by the investment company Grenspecialisten since 2018 as an analyst and manager with a focus on listed companies. Board member of Formpipe Software AB (Publ), Micro Systemation AB (Publ), 4C Group (Publ), and Precio Fishbone AB (Publ).

Education: Economist (MSc Economics, Lund University). Independent in relation to the company, its senior executives, dependent in relation to major shareholders.

 

 

Hans Krantz, born 1957. Member of the Board since May 2025, before that Chairman of the Board since November 2009. Hans holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Lund University and has over the past 20 years been an owner and board member of several software companies, primarily in business systems. Bengt-Arne Molin, born in 1958. Board member since May 2020. Works as an independent consultant specializing in business development within information and communication technology. Currently holds other board positions in addition to Generic, including at B A Molin AB and Peter Molin at Malmö Holding AB. Previous career at companies including Axis Communications, Sony Ericsson, and Sony Mobile as CTO, Head of Development, and CEO. Education: Doctor of Technology from Lund University. Johanna Berlinde, Born in 1970. Board member since May 2023. Johanna holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Jönköping University and has for the past 20 years worked in various senior positions mainly in the telecom and media industry. Previous positions include VP and Head of Telia Company's mobile and fixed product portfolio in the Nordics and Baltics, VP and Head of Telia Company's TV & Media business area and several other management positions at Tele2. Johanna is currently active as CEO of Audico Group and CEO of Audico Holding Oy and as a board member of Waystream AB and Waystream Holding. Johan Martinsson, Born in 1991. Board member since May 2025. Johan holds a master's degree in finance from the Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law and is active as a manager in the investment company JCE. Previous experience includes board member of JCE South America AB and various analyst and consulting roles in the real estate and finance industry.
