Generic has been re-entrusted with the task of providing a communications platform to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency

Generic has once again won a public procurement contract from the Swedish Social Insurance Agency for a framework agreement on SMS services. The contract involves providing messaging services that meet the very highest standards for data storage, security, and personal data processing. The solution includes, among other things, SMS notifications via API and a web portal, e-identification, and subscription services. The framework agreement also allows for orders from other government agencies. The agreement initially runs for two years, with an option to extend for an additional two years.
