Generic has been awarded a contract through a public procurement process by Inera for a framework agreement for SMS

Generic has been awarded a public procurement contract by Inera for a framework agreement regarding SMS services. The contract involves providing messaging services that meet the highest standards for capacity, data storage, security, and personal data processing. The solution includes, among other things, SMS notifications via API for 1177 e-services, digital signatures, and incident management. The agreement runs for two years with an option to extend for an additional two years. The framework agreement is estimated to be worth 15–20 MSEK annually. The award is subject to a so-called contract hold, which means that the contract cannot be signed for at least 10 days.
