Generic Provides a Communication Platform to Sweden's Municipalities and Regions

Generic has signed an agreement with Inera AB regarding a framework agreement for SMS services. The assignment involves providing messaging services that meet the very highest standards for capacity, data storage, security, and personal data processing. The solution includes the delivery of Generic’s communication platform with APIs for distributing SMS notifications from 1177 e-services, as well as the management of reminders, e-signatures, and incident management. The agreement initially runs for two years with an option to extend for an additional two years. The framework agreement is estimated to be worth 15–20 MSEK annually.
