Generic Mobile Provides a Communications Solution to Svenska Spel

Generic Mobile has won a public procurement contract from Svenska Spel and has been awarded the assignment to deliver a communications solution that ensures Svenska Spel’s lottery agents can communicate with Svenska Spel with high availability, security, and quality. The communication solution, which includes a modem pool, will handle communication with approximately 3,400 different lottery agents. The agreement signed between the parties runs for one year with an option to extend for one plus one year. The agreement includes service and support.
