Fourth Quarter of 2013 (compared with the same period the previous year)

  • Net sales amounted to 26.2 MSEK (39.8 MSEK).
  • Operating income amounted to -13.7 MSEK (2.6 MSEK)
  • Net income after taxes amounted to -13.5 MSEK (2.1 MSEK).
  • Earnings per share amounted to -1.1 SEK (0.28 SEK).
  • Cash flow from operating activities amounted to SEK 1.6 million (SEK -1.6 million).
  • Earnings were impacted by one-time items totaling 14.7 MSEK, consisting of a goodwill impairment charge of 10.5 MSEK, restructuring costs of 2.7 MSEK, and an increased provision of 1.5 MSEK. The goodwill impairment and restructuring costs are attributable to the consulting business, and the increased provision of SEK 1.5 million is attributable to the telecommunications business.

January–December 2013 (compared with the same period the previous year)

  • Net sales amounted to 116.1 MSEK (164.4 MSEK).
  • Operating income amounted to -9.4 MSEK (8.1 MSEK)
  • Net income after taxes amounted to -9.2 MSEK (7.4 MSEK).
  • Earnings per share amounted to -0.74 SEK (0.71 SEK).
  • Cash flow from operating activities amounted to 9.4 MSEK (7.3 MSEK).
  • Earnings were impacted by one-time items totaling 14.7 MSEK, consisting of a goodwill impairment charge of 10.5 MSEK, restructuring costs of 2.7 MSEK, and an increased provision of 1.5 MSEK. The goodwill impairment and restructuring costs are attributable to the consulting business, and the increased provision of SEK 1.5 million is attributable to the telecommunications business.
