Generic Sweden AB held its annual shareholders' meeting on May 10, 2016. On all proposed matters
The shareholders' meeting resolved in accordance with the proposals of the nomination committee and the board of directors, respectively. The meeting was chaired by
Attorney Erik Gabrielson; the following is a summary of the main points of the most important decisions;
– The 2015 annual report was approved, as was the Board of Directors’ proposal for the appropriation of profits
– one
A dividend to shareholders of 0.30 SEK per share, totaling 3,688 KSEK, was paid, and the remainder was carried forward
20,354 KSEK,
– the members of the board and the CEO were granted discharge from liability for
fiscal year 2015,
– The chair of the board was granted a fee of 150,000 SEK, and the other board members in
the company did not pay its employees a fee of 75,000 SEK each,
– For the period until the 2017 Annual General Meeting was held, the following individuals were appointed as members of the Board of Directors:
Hans Krantz, Chairman of the Board (re-elected)
Fredrik Svedberg (re-elected)
Kent-Åke Jönsson (re-elected)
Erik Gabrielson (re-election)
Stefan Widén (re-elected)
– PricewaterhouseCoopers AB was appointed as the company’s auditor, with Magnus serving as the lead auditor

– the chair of the board was tasked with, based on the ownership structure as of the end of September
2016, convene a nominating committee consisting of one representative from each of the three

– the Board’s proposal in the notice of meeting regarding the guidelines for executive compensation
The appointment of the executive was approved.
