Increased Institutional Ownership in Generic Sweden

The Asset Management division of the German bank Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG (Berenberg), one of Europe’s leading privately owned banks, has acquired a total of 700,000 shares in Generic Sweden for one of its mutual funds over the past few weeks. Following these acquisitions, Berenberg now holds 5.7% of the shares in mutual funds managed by the company. In addition, current owner Martin Gren has acquired additional shares through his investment company, Grenspecialisten, and is now Generic’s largest shareholder, holding approximately 23.7% of the shares.
