Supplement to the Nomination Committee’s Proposal to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Generic Sweden AB (publ)

May 8, 2025

On April 15, 2025, Generic Sweden AB (publ) (“Generic”) published the notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting, along with the Nomination Committee’s complete proposals. The Nomination Committee has now notified Generic that it proposes that the 2025 Annual General Meeting, in addition to the previously proposed Board members, also elect Johan Martinsson as a new member of Generic’s Board. The number of regular Board members is thus proposed to be six, instead of the five previously proposed.

The updated proposal for the 2025 Annual General Meeting calls for the Nomination Committee to propose the reelection of Hans Krantz, Stefan Widén, Bengt-Arne Molin, Erik Ivarsson, and Johanna Berlinde, as well as the election of Johan Martinsson for the term ending at the next Annual General Meeting, with Erik Ivarsson as the new Chairman of the Board.

Johan Martinsson, born in 1991, a resident of Sweden and a Swedish citizen, holds a master’s degree in Finance from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. He is currently the Chief Administrative Officer at the investment firm JCE Group Aktiebolag. His previous experience includes serving as a board member of JCE South America AB, as well as various analyst and consulting roles in the real estate and finance industries.
