Michael Edman Named New CEO of Generics' Consulting Division

Michael Edman (b. 1961) has been appointed the new CEO of Generic’s consulting business for public safety and defense, Generic Systems. Michael Edman holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics and served as Group President and CEO of Communicator AB from 1997 to 2003. From 2003 to 2010, Michael Edman served as a product and technology coordinator at the Swedish Defense Materiel Administration, as an operations manager within the Know IT Group, and most recently held various leadership positions within the Swedish Armed Forces. Michael Edman will assume his new position on June 20, 2010.
