Welcome to our breakfast seminar where we will show how effective SMS can be as a communication channel for your business.

97% of all SMS are read within 3 minutes. SMS has a much higher response rate than email and is incredibly cheaper than printed media. SMS can help you attract and convert potential customers. And just as importantly, SMS helps you maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

We give examples of how customers in a wide range of industries such as alarm & security, retail and logistics use SMS in their businesses. We also give tips on how to make an SMS attractive to read.

Examples of uses that will be described are:

• Notifications and reminders
• Alarm and operational information
• Traffic updates
• Booking confirmations

We will gather for breakfast and mingle at 8:00 - 8:30. The presentation starts at 8:30 and lasts about half an hour. Afterwards there will be an opportunity for questions and discussion.
