We at Generic Mobile care about your personal information and privacy.
Generic Mobile is the data controller for all data processing within its business. Primarily, Generic Mobile has to comply with existing law - the Electronic Communications Act (LEK). Both LEK and the Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), set requirements for how personal data may be processed and what rights you as a data subject have. All personal data is stored and processed in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act and the GDPR.

We have actively implemented measures to comply with the requirements. We have:

• improved and clarified our personal data processing policy
• reviewed internal procedures to ensure that they are in line with the LEK/GDPR
• inventoried and reviewed that only personal data relevant to the processing are processed
• inventory the categories of data subjects for whom we process personal data
• described the purposes, aims and legal basis for carrying out the processing
• inventoried suppliers with whom personal data is shared and established data processing agreements
