Multisearch / SMS Group moves into SMS Web

On Sunday, April 2, we will upgrade Multi Search and SMS Group, which means a new login, new look, new features, and not least increased reliability in the service.

New login

The upgrade means, among other things, that the administration of Multi Search and SMS Group gets a new look and moves into SMS Web. You log in in the same way as before, with the same user information, but the page you are greeted by is SMS Web. When you are logged in, the administration of Multi Search / SMS Group is on the right side of the menu.

You can now also use other functions in SMS Web with the same login details.

New feature

In addition to a new administration tool, we have added the possibility to deliver messages by phone, i.e. the recipient's phone rings and the message is read out. It is already possible to deliver messages as SMS, e-mail and Minicall.

When you add a recipient to a group, you choose whether messages should be delivered as text or dialed to the recipient, if you want both, you add the recipient twice.

Increased robustness

The upgraded service is even more robust than the previous one, as it has been made more independent of other internal systems. Maximum availability is essential for the service used to complement Minciall.
