About the Webinar

Faxes may seem like an outdated technology. Yet faxes are used every day to send information that absolutely must be delivered, especially in municipalities, regions, and the health and social care sectors.

At the same time, everything surrounding fax machines is changing. Networks are being digitized, older solutions are becoming less stable, and many have switched to email-based solutions, which raises new questions about information security and control. SDK is on the way, but implementation takes time.

So the interesting question actually goes beyond faxes: how do we ensure that business-critical communication will continue to function in the future? 👇

In this webinar, we'll discuss:

  • The Perfect Storm. Why the gap between the old and the new became so wide.
  • Email as a Solution. What happens with information security and the GDPR when sensitive information is sent via email.
  • Two types of security. If a report of concern doesn't get through, it doesn't really matter that fax technology is, in theory, secure.
  • But what about the SDK? What a single infrastructure can realistically solve, and what happens in the event of operational disruptions and when communicating with private healthcare providers.
  • The Question of the Future. What a robust communications landscape looks like as technology, infrastructure, and audiences change.

We’ll also briefly explain why we developed DOCS. We’ll save the demo itself for the next webinar 🙂
