We are now launching Direct Transfer in DOCS
Now we're making it even easier to work smart and securely with documents. With the Direct Transfer feature in DOCS, you can send documents directly to other users within the service—without converting them to faxes and without going through the telephone network.
This means that the document retains its original format (e.g., PDF, Word, or Excel) all the way to the recipient. All transfers take place within Generics' secure platform, encrypted and located in Sweden.
What's new?
- Send documents directly between users in DOCS
- No conversion to fax – the document retains its file format
- Full traceability with acknowledgment levels: Delivered, Opened, Read
- Print directly from DOCS – without saving locally
- Everything takes place within our Swedish infrastructure – secure and GDPR-compliant.
Why use direct transfer?
Direct transfer is particularly useful for organizations that handle sensitive information, need fast internal flows, and want to avoid detours via telephone or paper printouts. It is more secure, smoother, and more future-proof.
