We are looking for an ambitious Business Developer to join our sales team in Stockholm!

The service

Generic is in an expansive phase and needs to expand its sales team. We are therefore looking for a driven Business Developer who is offered good opportunities to grow and develop with the company. We want you to have a strong interest in solutions and services in mobile communication. In the role of Business Developer you will have a key role in the company. Your work area will be Sweden and some travel will occur. A large part of your working time will consist of customer meetings.

In your role, you work with both existing customers and with new customer acquisition. You always conduct a broad needs analysis that covers the entire company's communication and highlights values that develop the customer's business.

You will proactively contact customers and be responsible for both new sales and renegotiations of existing contracts.

Your tasks

As a Business Developer, you will work with your own budget and against clear targets. Your tasks include ongoing processing of new customers, follow-up of campaigns, customer contacts, booking of customer meetings, drafting of quotes, presentations and following up the work.

You are also expected to:

- Take customer responsibility where ongoing customer contact is a major part of the work.

- Through demand-driven sales, we offer customers business solutions that add value and help grow their business.

- Identify business opportunities for the entire Generics product range.

- Achieve revenue targets by increasing order intake per customer.

- Work in a consultative and advisory capacity with clients.

Education/experience

We are looking for someone with at least an upper secondary education and at least three years of experience in complex service sales in B2B. You should have a strong interest in mobile communication, applications and solutions. It is also highly meritorious with a post-secondary education.

We prefer that you have

- Experience of customer presentations

- Experience working with complex technical sales

- Worked on selling digital technology/consulting services
