Generic is in an expansive phase and we are now investing in expanding our customer service team in Luleå. Do you have experience in customer service or administrative work? Do you like to deliver service and work with problem solving? Now is the opportunity to develop with us!
This is a full-time consulting assignment for 9 months with good opportunities for over-recruitment.
Duties and responsibilities
As a support employee, you are responsible for handling incoming cases via telephone, email and case management systems. You handle questions from customers regarding invoices, error reports and system issues. You work actively with incoming sales regarding both hardware and digital services. You are responsible for deliveries of hardware where you prepare shipments and send to the customer.
You will be part of a small team that works together to create satisfied customers. The workplace is characterized by a good team spirit and by having fun at work.
As a Customer Support Representative, you have a very good sense of service and enjoy a variety of tasks. You enjoy the challenge of problem solving and drive your own work forward. Your approach is organized and you have the ability to be flexible when needed. Together with others, you collaborate and communicate to effectively achieve results together.
