Alarms that work in all circumstances

Where there is no mobile coverage and no internet connection, the Alarm Modempool is the only way to send alarm messages to mobile phones, Minicall receivers, landlines and email addresses. The multiple channels ensure that the message actually reaches the recipient in all circumstances.

A unique service with great benefits

The service is unique in Sweden. For many of our customers, the service is the only way to manage, control and eliminate risks and threats to very large values in the business.
Multichannel Alarm can be combined with several of our other services, such as SMS Group if you want to spread the alarm to a group of recipients at the same time. A user-friendly web tool provides functions such as logging and administration of recipients.
To use the service, you need an alarm transmitter with a connection to the fixed telecommunications network.

Basic services

Without the extended service offer, the following numbers apply to use the basic services:

0740-90 00 00: 200 SEK per call for 40 text messages

0740-91 00 00: 200 SEK per call for 40 text messages

0740-92 00 00: 200 SEK per call for 40 text messages

0740-96 00 00: SEK 30 for 1 Minicall message.

Web tool for administration

In the web tool, you have full control of all events in the system being monitored. Everything is recorded in a log.
Here you add and manage new recipients such as Minicall numbers, mobile phone numbers and email addresses.

SMS, Minicall messages and emails can be combined by calling 0740-91 00 90.

You can choose from the following options for alarm recipients:

• 2 Minicall messages
• 1 Minicall message and 5 SMS/email messages
• 40 SMS/email messages.

To add recipients and use all of the service’s features, you must register as a user. The number 0740-91 00 90 can be used without registration and costs 200 SEK per call (for up to 40 text messages).

Notes:

• All prices are exclusive of VAT and in Swedish kronor.
• The regular call rate of the respective operator will be added.
• A fee is charged for a connected call even if the message does not reach the recipient in accordance with current SMS practice.
• Generic's general terms and conditions for mobile telecommunications services apply to the use of the service.
• We would recommend the customer to check their application when installing and making changes - so that, for example, the correct modem pool number is specified.
• Charges apply per call. For example: if you call 0740-91 00 00
  (200 SEK for up to 40 text messages), the sender is charged 200 SEK, regardless of whether one or fifteen text messages are sent. The next call is charged an additional 200 SEK, and so on.
• The service’s older phone numbers—0740-93 00 00, 0740-93 01 00, 0740-93 02 00, and 0740-93 10 00—are still in use and have the same features as the phone number for the web tool. The cost is 200 SEK per call (for a maximum of 15 text messages).
