"Generic offers a personalized partner relationship and actively works to make sure we succeed."
Founded in 2010, Scrive quickly became a leader in digitalization. Today, companies around the world use Scrive to automate their document and contract processes with solutions powered by electronic signature and identification.
Scrive guides companies through the onboarding and signing processes, helping to create a better customer experience, security, compliance and data quality.
We had a chat with Axel Landberg, Senior Product Manager at Scrive.
- Scrive understands that signing a contract is only a small part of a larger business process, and Scrive helps as a guide in the digital transformation, says Axel.
Axel, what do you use Generics services for?
- The services are mainly used for the distribution of messages and links for our eSign service, eID Hub and SMS OTP.
What added value do Generic's services bring to you and your customers?
- We needed to increase our delivery speed for text messages and Generic enabled us to diagnose delivery issues for our customers. We also gained the ability to handle data in Europe for messages sent within that region. We can now deliver invitation links to eSign documents faster to mobile devices worldwide.
Why did you choose Generic as your supplier?
- We needed a supplier that could offer SMS and it was important to ensure that we have European suppliers and customer service. Ease of dialog and availability was also very crucial.
Finally, Axel, what do you think is the best thing about Generic?
- We always get quick and personal help with our support questions. We have a very good partnership with Generic, you offer a personalized partner relationship and work actively to make sure we succeed. If something out of the ordinary happens, you contact us or we can get in touch with Generic directly, which facilitates communication between us at Scrive and Generic.
