Easier management of the Inbox in SMS Web

SMS Web is our interface for easily and efficiently sending out SMS for various purposes, such as staffing, transport logistics and customer communication. A growing need among our customers is the ability to receive replies to their SMS. Replies are received using the Inbox function. We have now simplified the administration of the inbox with new features.

In your inbox, you can now see the last SMS received from each phone number without having to click on the conversation. This makes it faster and easier for you to work with your inbox.

You can also mark an SMS in your inbox as unread after it has been read. In the list of received SMS, unread SMS are shown in bold and you can use the new feature to easily mark the SMS you are going to do an active action on at a later time.

Use your landline number as Inbox
Use your own landline number to receive SMS with SMS Web. You get a solution that means you can use the same phone number to receive both SMS and calls, which gives a unique recognition factor for you and your company.
