Adjusted prices for Alarm Modem Pool

Generic's Alarm Modem Pool service is an appreciated service that adds great value to our customers as it is mainly used for alarm transmission. The service is unique on the Swedish market as alarms are transmitted without internet connection or GSM coverage, simply SMS alarms via the fixed telephone network. The service adds great value for those who use it. The alarms that are transmitted are in many cases extremely important, in some cases perhaps critical to society. Generic's ambition is for our customers to feel confident in continuing to use the service for a long time to come.

In order to maintain the quality and continue to operate the service in the long term, the price is adjusted from June 1, 2019. The new price is 20 SEK per call.

In summary, there are three things you need to know

• As of June 1, 2019, the new price for the Alarm Modempool service, with telephone numbers 0740-90 00 00 and 0740-91 00 00, is SEK 20 per call excluding VAT*.
• The service is extended to offer 40 SMS per call
• Generic offers several other simple and secure services for transmitting alarms, e.g. via api or e-mail, read more here >>
